My name is Rosie and I love supporting people to find their way to more easeful connection with themselves and others.
I am a qualified transpersonal integrative psychotherapist and a NARM-Informed Professional. My practice is supervised by a UKCP accredited supervisor and I abide by the CCPE Code of Ethics.
The transpersonal psychotherapeutic perspective holds that personal breakdowns and crises both alert us to wounds that need tending and hold within them indications for what needs to change, develop and come into being. Through exploration, expansion and balancing of someone’s qualities or strengths, a greater attunement can be gained towards one’s own natural, healthy rhythm and life path.
NARM (Neuro Affective Relational Model) is a cutting-edge framework of body-based psychotherapy and feels quite different from traditional talking therapies. This uniquely humane and respectful way of being together in a session works to support nervous system regulation which helps people separate themselves from rigid negative self-views such as low self-esteem, shame and chronic self-judgment that are the outcome of developmental and relational trauma. NARM is a consent based and gentle approach. The 'reins' are very much with the person being supported.
I would be honoured to accompany you as you lean into this important work. I’ll be there alongside offering my presence and curiosity as you explore what it is that you desire in your life and what obstacles are in your way.
